Refund & Cancelation Policy

At Visit Dargah Ajmer, we offer sacred services such as Ziyarat, Chadar, Langar, Deg, and Mannat under the spiritual leadership of Gaddi Nashin Syed Adil Hussain Chishti, official hereditary Khadim of Dargah Ajmer Sharif.

📿 Non-Refundable Sacred Services

• All spiritual services and sacred offerings are performed sincerely and with full commitment at the Dargah.
• Once a request is made and confirmed, it is considered a spiritual amanat (entrusted offering) and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• Sacred rituals, once initiated or scheduled, are irreversible in both intent and effort.

🔁 In Rare Cases of Rescheduling

• If a service cannot be performed on your selected date due to unforeseen religious closures, extreme weather, or illness of the khadim, we will contact you and offer a reschedule.
• Reschedules will be based on mutual convenience and religious calendar dates.
• No monetary refund shall be offered in any case, as the offering is already sacredly allocated.

⚠️ Unauthorized Payment Claims

• We do not accept chargebacks or disputes on offerings, as every submission is done voluntarily.
• Please reach out directly to our team for any issues or clarifications before initiating any bank dispute.
