This page outlines the terms of use and spiritual understanding between you (the devotee) and Syed Adil Hussain Chishti, Gaddi Nashin and official hereditary Khadim of Khwaja Gharib Nawaz (R.A.), operating the sacred platform Visit Dargah Ajmer.
By submitting a Ziyarat request or making a sacred offering (Chadar, Langar, Deg, etc.), you agree to the following:
1. Nature of Services
- All services are offered with the intention of spiritual khidmat (service) at Dargah Sharif Ajmer.
- This includes performing Ziyarat on your behalf, offering Chadar, arranging Langar, or distributing Niyaz/Deg.
- We act as hereditary Khadims, not commercial vendors, and serve from the Dargah with sincerity.
2. No Commercial Guarantee or Refund
- All services are spiritual in nature and are not subject to commercial performance guarantees.
- No refunds or cancellations will be entertained once a request has been received and confirmed.
- If a request cannot be fulfilled due to unavoidable religious closures or illness, we will notify you and try to reschedule.
3. Communication & Updates
- You may receive sacred updates via WhatsApp or email, including video/photo updates of your Ziyarat or offering.
- All messages are sent respectfully, and your contact details will never be shared with third parties.
4. Payments & Offerings
- Sacred offerings are accepted via secure payment gateways such as Razorpay or UPI.
- Offerings are voluntary and spiritual in intent, not product sales or donations under any registered NGO.
- All funds go toward performing your requested service and maintaining sacred khidmat.
5. Authenticity
- All Ziyarat and services are carried out by the official hereditary Khadim family of Khwaja Gharib Nawaz (R.A.), under the direct spiritual leadership of Gaddi Nashin Syed Adil Hussain Chishti.
- We do not work through agents or third-party representatives.
6. Legal Jurisdiction
- These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes, if arising, shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Ajmer, Rajasthan only.
