A devotee’s heart, overflowing with reverence and love, finds deep solace and connection at the blessed Dargah of Ajmer Sharif — a sanctuary of divine presence and spiritual fulfillment. The sacred act of “Mannat”, a heartfelt vow or pledge, signifies a soul’s sincere request to the Divine, made in trust and longing.
When such a Mannat is fulfilled, the heart naturally overflows with gratitude. A true devotee feels an inner calling to give back — not out of expectation, but from pure devotion and deep appreciation for the grace of Khwaja Gharib Nawaz (R.A.).
Yet, the essence of true offering lies beyond material exchange. It is the selfless desire to support something sacred — to serve, to heal, and to uplift. The act of giving is not a transaction, but an expression of love that reaches those truly in need, those who seek divine aid.
When one commits to offering at the Dargah as part of their Mannat, it becomes a sacred duty to fulfill that promise with sincerity. Even when no specific cause is mentioned, the offering should be directed toward the living needs of the Dargah — such as shrine maintenance, repairs, new installations, sacred flowers, or chaddars for the Mazaar of Sultan-ul-Hind.
In every such act, the devotee becomes a silent companion in the legacy of Khidmat, carrying forward the sacred service of those who walked this path before.
A 'Mannat' of the Grand Cauldron is fashioned, a culinary offering intended for the fulfillment of vows, designed to cater to the sustenance b of nearly 50,000 individuals. Price ranging between 1,30,000 to 2,00,000
Presenting a chader as an offering for a Mannat also holds the essence of a gift or Nazr, a gracious homage rendered within the sanctuary of the Dargah, as a mark of respect and veneration for the illustrious saint, Khwaja Gharib Nawaz (R.A).
Throughout the span of twelve months, General Langer is consistently organized at the Dargah Sharif by the Khuddams and pilgrims. Notably, individuals who have received blessings in the form of prayers (duas) from Khwaja Sahib also partake in this communal feast.
Pilgrims bestow offerings in the semblance of Chader, fragrant blossoms, meaningful gifts at the Dargah. These tributes stand as tokens of their affection and devotion, embodying the essence of love and selfless dedication.
